When the work item comes up, the "Overview" tab is shown.  There should be multiple tabs (shown as links below the Summary) and one of those is Links.  Click on the word "Links" to go to that tab.

On the links tab, Subscribers are shown over on the right-hand side under the Save button.  Click the "Add..." link and then find the person you want to subscribe to the work item and then you can either use the Add and Close button, or the Add button (in case you want to add multiple people) and then Close.  Then save the work item.

If it is YOU that you need to subscribe (the logged in user), there is a short-cut icon to the left of the Save button .. in my case it is the 3rd one to the left of the save button and it has a little plus sign, a little person, and a set of binoculars.

 --> Open the work item;

--> Towards the right hand side, you have the Quick Information tab, which shows subscribers, copies.

--> Click on subscribers; Towards the right side, it shows the current subscribers and you also have the option to Add.

Hi Sumant Renukarya,

Is it possible to create a subscribers group to upload several subscribers at the same time?
Thanks by advance for your help!

Not in the GUI.   You could create your own custom client code using the API.
