Unable to log into jazz hub

Hi JAZZ Hub team,
After I linked my jazzID and IBM ID , when I try to log in via the webUI, I get the following error:
Error 404: SRVE0295E: Error reported: 404

Can you include what URL you were trying to access?

Hi Ritchie,
1. I go to hub.jazz.net
2.  I select the Register Now button
3. I select to sign in
4. I am routed to the following page to sign in
https://login.jazz.net/psso/proxy/jazzlogin?redirect_uri=https://hub.jazz.net/manage/service/com.ibm.team.jazzhub.common.service.IJazzHubTermsService/accept?redirectUri=https%253A%252F%252Fhub.jazz.net%252F
5. If I use my juzzId, I get an error that the IBM ID is already mapped and that I should use that ID
6. I use the IBM ID, and get error

Thanks for the details. 

This may be a problem with a missing service or a URL encoding issue; we can investigate further.  This may also be an atypical path - e.g, you selected to register but then chose to sign on with an existing ID. 

Do you have any problems logging in if you simply select the "Sign In" link in the banner in the top left portion of the home page?

Looks like IE 8 does not work too well with  the hub.jazz.net page.....the sign in does not appear in the banner.
However testing with IE 11 and FF, sining in using that path works fine.
