Add or transfer owner powers to someone else?

As owner I can invite people, I can set or change the categories, I can set the timeline.

If I am on vacation these things can not be done. If I leave the company, the team is in big trouble. Is there a way to add someone else as an additional admin or as a replacement admin?

There is currently not a way to add an admin or transfer project ownership in JazzHub. I've added your request to a work item we have tracking this added capability.
