how to check reopen defects count in jazz rqm which is not currently in reopen state

Ayan Paul (2552230) | asked Apr 04 '14, 6:20 a.m.
HI,

Few defects in a particular release has been reopened for a number of times, but currently those defects are in fixed state. Is there any report or way to get the count of number of defects which at least reopened once?

Currently there is no OOTB report that shows that change in state.  However, the history of the state changes is being populated in the Data Warehouse.  If you are using RRDI, you can use either Query Studio or Report Studio to get this information.

Another option is to create a Request for Enhancement so a new report is included as OOTB.

Hi Ayan,

you can use Request State History from the Request Area.

Thanks,

Clara
