Workitems Creation

Hi,
Am executing one testcase from RQM. If my testcase is failed automatically it should create workitem(defect/task).
How to do this? Can you help us how to create workitem automatically.

The same question has been asked before in https://jazz.net/forum/questions/115855/automatic-work-item-creation-on-test-execution-fail.
