Disallow creator and owner to Approve Test Case

Hello,

If we wouldn't like to use Formal Review feature for Test Cases, is there any possibility in RQM to disallow creator or owner of test case to change state to Approved.

Solution should be independant from roles and permissions.

We are aware of Formal Review and Approval Trackings, but would like to have only control on simple change state.

Any Ideas

Currently only 'Save Formal Review' precondition 'Disallow Specific Users as Reviewers and Approvers' (v6.0.6 or later) would meet your use case. if Formal review is not used, there is no way to enforce the scenario you want to achieve.

Thank you. This is what we would like to avoid and find direct solution without Formal Review Save Formal Review' precondition 'Disallow Specific Users as Reviewers and Approvers' :(
