RTC: Session Timeout / auto Relogin
Hi friends,
I'm back with a question to you.
Following situation appears:
Eclipse:
A user has the eclipse client open all the day and is working fine.
Now he leaves at the end of the day but let eclipse open - maybe because it's building or something else.
On the next day the connection to the Jazz server is still open and he can start working without relogin to the server.
Visual Studio:
Same situation on Visual Studio forces the user to relogin.
There seems to be some kind of auto logoff after a defined inactive time spent.
Question:
How can I manage Visual Studio client to auto (re)login after a auto logoff came?
Or better: How can I turn auto logoff off for Visual Studio client?
For this I didn't fine any option within Visual Studio client.
I found the session timeout within the WAS console but this is set to 30 minutes (default).
But none of our clients does a auto logoff after 30 minutes (Web, Eclipse, VS, Windows Explorer ...). That's why I think this option is not really working as auto logoff.
Any ideas?
Greetings,
Simon
