I cannot see an attribute presentation using the LightWeight Work Item Editor on CLM 4.0.x

Hi,
Working with RTC 4.0.x, one of the custom attributes is not displayed on the LightWeight Work Item Creation Dialog, even when the attribute presentation is added to the LightWeight Work Item editor in process configuration.
Same attribute presentation is displayed on the default work Item Editor when creating the work item from RTC.
So I am not sure of why the attribute is present in one editor and not in the other? This is giving me trouble because the attribute is required on creation so I cannot save the work item when I create the work item using the LightWeight Work Item editor.
Can anyone help to figure out what I am missing here?
Is there any characteristic that the attribute presentation should have in order to be "eligible" as a LightWeight Work Item Editor?
