Problem with IBM DOORS NG Sandbox site

I am a long standing DOORS Classic user and have just started to evaluate DOORS NG on the IBM Jazz Sandbox site. I am experiencing a lot of stability issues where it seems to freeze when I try to perform an action such as editing or adding new artifacts. My browser often displays "Error on page" in the status bar, the error details always appear to be the same as per the following:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; MS-RTC LM 8; nsapshr 9.1.6)

Any idea what the problem might be?

My browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer version 8.0, I believe that the version of DOORS NG on the sandbox site is version 4.06 and I am accessing the site via the network of the company that I work for.

I just tried using IE-8.0 to add some artifacts and do some editing in the sandbox site, and encountered no issues.
Do you get the same errors in:
 https://jazz.net/sandbox02-rm/web#action=com.ibm.rdm.web.pages.showProjectDashboard&projectURI=https%3A%2F%2Fjazz.net%2Fsandbox02-jts%2Fprocess%2Fproject-areas%2F_MJIiIqNjEeOlN60Wfa-g1A
Are these errors consistent/reproducible or intermittent?

The problem is not 100% reproducible but they are consistently happening - most of my efforts so far has been concentrated on working with modules and pretty much every time I do something like double click into an artifact cell to edit, or try to insert a new artifact into the module hierachy or try to move an artifact in the module, it will just lock up and I get the "Error on Page" status in the bottom Left Hand corner of the IE browser. Perhaps locked up is not entirely the correct description - you can still hover over parts of the screen and click on the pencil icon to get a context menu, but selecting anything in the menu doesn't work, it's almost like the scripting for each menu item has frozen. Could this be security settings on IE?

The only recovery is to close the browser and start again. Using the browser refresh sometimes worked but discovered that was stacking up memory resources as it wasn't freeing up the memory from each successive lock up - so eventually ran out of memory resources.

I tried your project but I do not have rights edit anything.

I added you as an "author", so you now should be able to edit.   If you have access to another browser (e.g. FireFox), it would be interesting to see if it behaves better.  Note: I'm not a DNG expert, so I defer to the DNG experts for more specific guidance.

Hi Geoffrey - I tried FireFox version 27 and it works fine, so not sure what the problem is with IE 8.0. Thanks for your help.
