How to link Requirements Module in DNG to Work Item in RTC?

Robert Huet (23113984) | asked Aug 23 '16, 6:30 p.m.
I've tried in both CLM 5.0.2 and 6.0.2, and it does not appear that I can link a requirements module in DNG to a work item in RTC using the "Implements" OSLC link.

Why does this not work?  I know it is possible to link legacy DOORS modules to RTC work items.  Is there a work-around by creating my own link type?

Thanks,
Robert

It has been asked before.

Usually you link a collection/module to a development plan, and a single artifact to a work item.

I'm not sure about the practicability of creating a custom link type though.

So, you can use a workaround to get it.

In the links menu, select the link type: Add Related Artifacts and then inform the URI to the collection or module you need to link to.

It works and it is a simple solution.
