Quality Manager Library on Jazz.net link on default QM project homepage fails, timeout [Solved]

On the default QM project dashboard there is a content gadget that uses URL 
https://jazz.net/library/rss/?project=rational-quality-manager

this is timing out for us. 

if I put that link in a browser, then it comes up in 2-3 seconds.. 

I tried the QM page with IE, FF and Chrome. all fail the same way..  Connection Tiimed Out.

anyone else see this? have a workaround?

thanks.. our servers have no direct access outside the company

Hi Sam,
Feed widget works in following way: it connects to the feed page through jts server. Please check what are the errors in your jts. I remember that we had the issue in the past when the customer had a proxy between jts server and network.
