 Hi,
I have been using the RQM 4.0.5 but excel import utility is not working on windows 7 OS with MS office 2007/2010.same utility version and login details works fine on Win XP OS.
Please see below log details.

Please check with the post here and follow the suggestions to have all .net installed and user role assigned properly first:

If you still have the problem, it is suggested to contact Rational Support because it may need further trace logging and system check-up(security and registry settings etc) to see what could lead to the problem
