RTC password reset error

edited Feb 21 '14, 5:40 a.m. by Krzysztof Kaźmierczyk (7.5k●4●80●103) Hi, When I try to reset password for RTC client, I get this message: CRJAZ0716I The password was reset for user "{0}", but an error occurred sending e-mail to "{1}". This may be a problem with the email configuration on the server or connectivity to the mail server. Check the server e-mail settings and then reset the password again. But, for example, when I try to send invitation to the same client, mail was sent succesfully. Can someone help me? |

Hi Miroslav,
Have you looked into ccm.log and jts.log whether you have any errorr there? This is what I would start investigation from.
