RTC password reset error
Hi,
When I try to reset password for RTC client, I get this message:
CRJAZ0716I
The password was reset for user "{0}", but an error occurred sending e-mail to "{1}". This may be a problem with the email configuration on the server or connectivity to the mail server. Check the server e-mail settings and then reset the password again.
But, for example, when I try to send invitation to the same client, mail was sent succesfully.
Can someone help me?

Have you looked into ccm.log and jts.log whether you have any errorr there? This is what I would start investigation from.
