Error ID: CRRRW7573E when importing documents into RRC?

Do we have solution for this error while importing document Word  to RRC? 
This is happening in the prod env. Thanks for your help

Hello Cherifa

Which version of RRC are you using in the production environment ?
I guess this was an issue with importing complex word documents in the earlier versions of RRC and was fixed in 4.0.3.

 RRC 4.0.4 is the version. I have tried several type of documents ( word with images embedded such as diagram, word without images) and still having the same error.

can you check the rm.log and let me know the complete error you receive while you import the word doc ?

 here is the error message:

the errors might be due to problems with the contents. REview the status messages shown. You might be able to modify the MS word document to allow it to be imported without errors.
