Test design and expected results

How do i create test design content so that the indicated test appears in the expected results column?

I think you mean Test Case Design to create manual scripts.

If that is the case, you cannot add any expected results in this way. See the statement from the above details:

The text that you include in the test case design is only converted into step descriptions, not expected results. If you have more information about expected results, you can add it to the steps after the script is generated.

RQM has no provision(as per my knowledge) to directly update the expected results column of manual test script directly from the Test design content. In our team, we are using the 'Reporting step' feature of RQM for the verification steps.
