A user was added to an RTC Project. The user was also placed into a team area that has permissions; however, the user is not able to access RTC. We are not using AD; however we are utilizing Websphere accounts to grant users access. User is recieving error message:

Error!

You are not authorized to view this page

Forbidden

Please advise.

Tony,

does the user have a valid license for the page being accessed?
Does the user within the RTC project have the required project roles (e.g. ScrumMaster, Developer or what is defined in the process configuration for that project area) ?
Do the users in Websphere have the correct mapping to at least one of the "Jazz role" groups, i.e. JazzUsers, JazzProjectAdmins or JazzAdmins?

If it is none of these, please provide some more detail, e.g. content of WAS logfiles for the /jts or /ccm app.
