how do I modify contents of default email sent by RRC during review process?
When stake holders are invited to review the artifacts in RRC, notification email is sent saying "You have been invited to participate in the review "*** ***".
Is there any way to modify this text line "You have been invited ......." to something else? If yes, how do I do that?

Unfortunately, there is not currently a way to update this message. The review invitation is a static string message which is included as part of the RRC source code, and cannot be modified by an end-user.
I was not able to find any open enhancements which might cover this topic, so if this functionality would be valuable to you then I would suggest opening an RFE (Request for Enhancement) through IBM Support: http://www-01.ibm.com/software/rational/support/contact.html
