 I set up my sandbox spaces, and I receive invitations for CCM and QM with text like this
"For Quality Management -

However I did not receive text for Requirements composer

Those key/value pairs are basically code that you paste into the RTC Eclipse client in order to connect it to an RTC (or RQM) server. This data is what the invitation refers to when it says, "Use File>Accept Team Invitation within the Rational Team Concert client to open the Accept Team Invitation dialog. Copy the invitation below and paste into the Accept Invitation text field."

It's not included in RRC invitations because you can't connect the RTC Eclipse client to the RRC server.
