This article tells RLIA 1.0 and future fix packs are supported in CLM 4.0.6. 


I do not know for sure, if this means even RLIA 1.1.2 is included here and is supported. I doubt.

The 1.1.2 Git adapter requires a minimum 4.0.3 JTS and up (not including 5.0).
