RQM Native peer review sends a mail even after the test artifact has been reviewed

Hi

We have CLM v403 installed on WAS v7.0.0.23. We have IBM HTTP Server v7 installed. We have a test case which in the tool shows that it has Formal Review and a reviewer assigned to it. It is now in Approved state but it still sends a mail saying that the test artifact needs to be reviewed and it is in new state.

This is affecting the peer review functionality. Any idea on how to get it fixed ??
