Environment details:-

RQM 4.0.3

DOORS 9.4

DWA 1.5.0.0

while trying to link requirement to a test case the following error was thrown, the error does not comes with every requirement, it is seen with some specific requirements only.

following is the error:

unable to load /qm/proxy?uri=https%3A%2F%2F<host>%3A443%2Fdwa%2Frm%2Furn%3Arational%3A1-39c72c502c551fa5-O-554-0001c481 status:500

The DOORS requirement (https://<host>:443/dwa/rm/urn:rational:1-39c72c502c551fa5-O-554-0001c481) is not accessible.

But, how is it that other requirements from the same module/view are getting linked without any error?

Not sure.  This particular requirement may be deleted.  I would check if you can open that requirements in DOORS and if so, check the RQM/DOORS logs for any details on the 500 error response code.
