 Hi Ankit, here you have a step-by-step explication on how to create views.

Basically you define a set of filters and then save it as a view.

I see that the link that Gustavo provided is for CLM 4.0. Not sure which version you're using, but the information on RM filters and views is also here in the latest CLM 4.0.4 information center. That help topic includes a link to a tutorial video that demonstrates the use of filters and views. Cheers!
