After trying to make more advanced customizations in JazzHub, such as adding a new type of work item, I noticed that gave permission denied. Soon, you will need to purchase licenses in order to have access to these features, or they are blocked? Thank you.

Hi Ethan,
You cannot currently add new work item types in JazzHub.  The customizations you can do are enabled in the web interface for JazzHub.  These include things like adding a project photo, editing the project name and description, and editing the project timeline.
