 I would like to know how to change permissions so other team members may for example, create sprints for other team members aside from just being available to the team creator.

Hi Julius,

You can Customize the permissions in the process template. Permissions are based on the roles.

In Eclipse client open any Project and you will find a tab listed below named "Process Configuration" go to this tab and you will find the following options in the left hand side:

-> Roles
-> Project Configuration
-> Team Configuration

When you expand and see the options below "Project Configuration" and "Team Configuration" you will have option called "Permissions".

When you select Permissions make sure you select the radio button "Show all actions and roles" and you will have "Actions" column and all the roles offered by the process template. You can search the actions to which you would like to give the permission to a particular role and check the corresponding check box of the desired Role and save.

The person with that particular role in the project area/team area will have the permission which you have given.

Hope this helps.

Regards,

Meena

JAZZ DEVELOPER

Julius,

If you're using RTC, Meena's answer will work great for you. If you're using JazzHub (or as it's now called DevOps Services), you won't be able to edit the process template.  Permissions in JazzHub are not customizable.
