auto email notification upon assigning license to users

We are trying to minimize email notifications to Jazz users. When new user assigned a license, we want to send auto email. Is it possible to do it?

This is not supported out of the box today. It might be possible to do that using an extension.

Thanks for quick reply. Can you give more details on possibility of doing it using an extension. Do we have extension in place already? If so please gie me the details.

I haven't seen any JTS extension points..  there must be some
license assignment  is a JTS operation
