 We're having a lot of trouble with the way emails are generated from the system in a review.

In order of preference, here's what we'd like to be able to do.
  1. Modify the template AND preferences, so that we can change the way the email looks, what it says, and what triggers them.  How can I change these settings?  I'm thinking I can't, so....
  2. Failing #1, we can turn off emails, and send over the URL link ourselves in an email manually.  In some ways this is preferable, as we can stay away from the system formatting.  But where do we get the URL?  Copying the URL from the address bar doesn't seem to work.

I will take a look if you can modify the email template and preferences, but i think it's not possible by now.

Anyway, you can get the correct URL by clicking the chain icon, just above the name of the revision:
