RRC - Dashboard x Team Area capabilities
I have a couple of questions regarding the capabilities of RRC Dashboard as it relates to Team Areas.
1. Is there a way to create levels of dashboard in RRC as we do in RTC so we'd have a first level for the whole project and a second level for Team Areas?
2. Is there a way to restrict content of a dashboard widget to a specific Team Area?

RRC does not have team dashboard like RTC. Here is an enhancement request that I found on the issue.

It looks like RQM does have the team dashboards. This is a screenshot of the sample JKE Banking project on my 4.0.3 server. When I hover over those icons circled in the screenshot below, the context display is "team dashboard".
