RTC/ Composer Dashboard Issues

This morning this is how my dashboard is looking in Firefox, and IE. It does not let me perform any actions. (The edits in black were done to protect information on the screenshot)

When I have seen this error the only solution I have found is to restart the servers, as the problem seems to persist across different users and browsers.

Which version are you using? This bug is known to be in  V4.0 and 4.0.0.1, but should not be in later versions like V4.0.1
