RRC 4.0.1 Full text index search also for uploaded files content?
Hello,
I tried to upload different files like PDF to RRC as uploaded artifact. Often users get supplemental documentation in the RM process, like PDF documents. It would be nice if the underlying Full text index would also pick up the content of those files, when they are part of the project. Since Lucene is used underneath, it should be no technical problem. It is a similar use case when searching for content in RTC SCM, where the full text search is fully utilized. Best Regards, René |

I completely agree, there is often supporting and contributing documentation that need to be managed and tracked in an RRC project and being able to still use the query against it would be essential. I don't see any RFEs requests in our list for this type of use case would you want to create one for your ownership and subscription or would you rather let me do it on your behalf?
