Limiting visibility of global metadata in a RAM community

 There is a community which only wants to see asset types and category scheme created by their community.  They con't want to see the global asset types and category schema,  Is it possible to limit metadata to only those created by the community

The community admin can't do it.

The repository admin can, but it requires the admin to select ALL of the other communities for scoping at the global level EXCEPT for the one community. This would not be an easy task for a large RAM.
