We first installed RAM 7.2.0.2 and then upgraded it to 7.5.1.1 using the ram7511.manual.deploy.linux.zip.But the home page still shows as 7.5.1.

The home page version number shows the major release version.  It is not updated for service pack versions.  To see the actual version installed click the help icon (question mark icon) in the top right corner and then click 'About IBM Rational Asset Manager'.
