 Hello,
I'm looking into creating high-level reports to show metrics about Jazz based-applications (RTC/RRC/RAM) such as:
- Nb of RTC/RRC logins
- Nb of builds
- Server uptime
- change set check-in
-Nb of RAM asset
...
What is the best way to get to that info? Can I access that data easily from the Jazz repository to report on such metrics?
Thank you

Hello,

I'm quite sure there is no way to generate a report on the number of logins for each application. Possibly there is some kind of trace you can enable for JTS. You can see the number of users currently logged into the system at any time by going to the JTS administration, selecting the Server tab, and in the left pane under the Licensing header select Reports.

Server uptime is shown on the server Status Summary page for JTS and each application, ie.
https://<server>:<port>/jts/admin
https://<server>:<port>/ccm/admin
etc...

There is some information about the predefined reports for CCM here:

and for RM:

Hope this information is helpful.

Thanks for your reply. Does RRDI or insgiht have any reports or data sources to access those metrics?
