How to measure RTC user experience from different locations?

Jorge Valdeiglesias (541823) | asked Sep 19 '13, 1:29 p.m.
Hello, we have implemented RTC in a distributed environment and we have users in different locations (USA, Latin America and Europe). We would like to monitor the user experience in those locations and since you have distributed teams as well I thought to ask you if you have any kind of performance dashboard to do so.

We are gathering data with JazzMon but this doesn't help us to measure how is the system working for a user in Europe and the gap with users in Latin America or USA.

There is a widget that can be added to ones dashboard "Performance Health Check" under the "General" section of the widget selection.

In Eclipse client, there is "Metronome" which can do the same thing.

Yeah we saw them but it would imply to ask the user to do the check and tell us. Is there any way to gather this info automatically? Our objective is to make a dashboard with different performance metricsĀ
