When do Lab Resource reservation in RQM, how to make machines as "restricted" or "unrestricted"?
So that the "restricted" machines must be reserved by submitting request and "unrestricted" machined can be reserved directly.

 Hi Deepa,

Thank you for the reply!
Since we hope to have this feature, can I submit an enhancement for this feature to be implemented in future RQM release? Thanks!

I filed a request for enhancement for this back in 2011:

Hi Wick, thank you so much for reply!
I've found the enhancement, unfortunately it stays in the backlog for so long time, do you know how to push it into implement?

Hi Ming,
I doubt this will ever get implemented. Last year we had someone from Rational at our site and he said that since RQM is not a prime product like RTC chances to get individual enhancements implemented is very low.
Also, to my knowledge not many customers are using lab resource reservations.
Maybe it helps if you vote for this feature. Helmut
