Unable to load widgets on dashboard

Dear All
We are facing a strange issue with RTC 4.0.1. One of the user's personal dashboard does not load the data in the widgets. Below is the error seen: 
We are using WAS 8.0.0.5 and IE 8/Firefox 10.0.11 browser. The issue is seen on both the browsers. Strangely, when this user logs him out and logs in with my login, he does not see this issue. The widgets load fine. Let me know if anyone has seen this before and pointers to resolve. Best Regards Rajat |

The jts.log may have more details about the error the other user is facing. Please refer to this document for the location of this log:

Has this dashboard ever worked? Did something change recently and it stopped working? Do you have more permissions/access than this other user?
