Please provide description for below CLM 4.0.3 OOTB reports

Mini Report - Milestone Status using TCER Count
Mini Report - Active Defects by Severity
Mini report- Defect Arrival and Resolution over time

what about starting by reading the InfoCenter and existing wikis ?

In the above link i am able to see only CLM 4.0 reports but i am not able to find for CLM 4.0.3 reports.

Above reports belogs to CLM 4.0.3

for your current need, link on the (work-in-progress) Infocenter (on Jazz.net) would certainly fit as I expect few differences with 4.0.3.
