Error in data manager

Hi,

I have already configured OOTB catalog and closed the data manager. Now I am trying open existing catalog in data manager but receiving the following error message.

1. ERROR
DM-CAT-0910 Export failed; Preference 'Preferences' does not exist.

2. ERROR
DM-CAT-0406 Preference 'Preferences' cannot be validated.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3. ERROR
DM-CAT-0307 An error occurred connecting to the catalog. The driver 'DB2', item string 'DSN=RIETL;UID=db2inst1;PWD=~15974683DC6FAEFC8BB67CC8D586CC3278;TRUSTED=FALSE'.



Can any one faced this problem earlier? I am able to connect RIETL database from my machine too
