How to deliver a baseline from Windows shell in RTC

Hi,
   I have created a stream and repository workspace. And I delivered my files to stream.
1. Now I right clicked on repository component and created a Baseline1.
2. It is showing 1 out going changes in windows shell.

Now how to deliver this baseline to stream from windows shell. Please help me

I assume, you are running the shell client in advanced mode?
Do have the pending changes view open? 

If not, goto View > Explorer Bar > Team Concert Pending Changes view.

In the Pending Changes view right click Outgoing and select deliver from the context menu:
