Down loading testcases & test steps in to Excel

Hi,

I have tried downloadign testcase and test steps by using

Click on the test cases -> run offline -> save RQMS file  & open RQMS file using excel utility. But running the testcases offline creates test case execution record. Is there option to avoid this or what is the solution.

Option 1 : During the download offline, you always have an option to select the TER-- either new / already existing .
Offline TER

you can see that the same TER is updated in the below screen shot

option 2 : you can also delete the TER if you are not interested to have it
