Unable to save RQM 4.0.1 test plan

I am unable to save a particular test plan in RQM v4.0.1. This issue occurred after attaching a document to this test plan. This issue is not seen when we try to modify the name or add test cases to the test plan. The issue is seen if we delete any section of the test plan like attachments or update the test area of the test plan. Please note that I am able to save other test plans in the same project area. Also the issue is consistent on other browsers as well. We are using WAS 8.0.0.5 and SQL 2008 R2 Best Regards Rajat |

Hi Rajat,
This issue sounds like a defect in the javascript front-end code. I did a quick query any was unable to find any existing defects or escalation records. I'm not convinced you would find any additional errors in the qm.log (I think the only error you would notice is in Firebug) but it's worth looking. Feel free to open a new defect for this. this._attachmentWidget is undefined
Hi Rajat,
I would expect that you have any error message in qm.log file at the time when you attempt to save plan. do you have it?
