Is there any difference between the 32 bit and 64 bit RTC install when not installing Tomcat?

When I install RTC 4.0.3 I am presented with the option to install a 32bit version or a 64 bit version.
I was just wondering if this was only related to the version of Java that gets installed or are there some other differences.  I guess the real question is can I use a 64bit version of WebSphere after installing the 32 bit version of RTC or vice versa.

I beleive that is in reference to the jdk.

I am not aware of any differences between the war files for the 32bit and 64bit installes.
