Permissions for Updating Plans
Does anyone have experience they can share with setting up permissions for Team Member roles. From what I can tell, the permissions for Team Members, Product Owners and the Scrumaster roles look the same to me based on the permissions that are checked in the setup of the project. However, folks on our team who have a Team Member only assignment cannot update a Build Plan to assign a work item to a folder. We use folders to categorize workitems within a release plan, and need our team members to be able to assign new work items to a folder which indicates the work item needs to be reviewed. Any ideas are welcomed! Thanks.

You could allow the "Modify Plan" permission for the "Team Member" role.
