Japanese language not displayed correctly

Hi Forum

We where asked to install a new language for RTC 2.x different from English initially installed, for some clients in Japan, here is what we did:

Install locals in Host OS (linux) for Japan
Install language Japanese in RTC using Installation Manager
Clear the "temp" and "wstemp" folder in WAS profile
The host server was restarted
Application started

We try but the when we change the language to Japanese in FF or IE the WebUI show a mixture in Ja/En in menus

Note: This is besides of process template wich was properly translated to Japanese it's running in other servers and all text are displayed in English or Japanese depending on browser settings.

Any comment will be helpful, Thanks

Was the project area you are working in created with the Japanese version of the template? Menu item text is sometimes defined by project area configuration. If the project area was created with an English version of the template, the menu items will show up in English.
