Errors running any repotools command

I have just upgraded from 1.0.1.1 M1 to 1.0.1.1 GA. Any time I run a repotools command, well, at least -export and -rebuildTextIndices, I get an exception. Here's the one from the -export

C:\Jazz\JazzTeamServer\server>repotools -export toFile="export.tar"

Hi Tim

Unfortunately there are some problems with repotools in 1.0.1.1. These are actually bugs in Eclipse 3.3.2. We managed to backport some of the Eclipse 3.4 fixes but not all of them (see comment 13 in work item 71852). The behavior you're seeing is related and is caused because you ran the earlier version of repotools. See work item 72609 for details and a workaround:

https://jazz.net/jazz/resource/itemName/com.ibm.team.workitem.WorkItem/72609

These problems should go away in RTC 2.0 when we upgrade to Eclipse 3.4.x (planned for 2.0 M3D1).

Cheers

Adrian
