DOORS NExt generation server's version unknown

Hello,
I installed Doors Next Generation server and DOORS Next Generation client both on
the following platform:
- Windows XP
- x86 Architecture
- 4GB Ram

The file C:\Programmi\IBM\DOORSNGC\bin\config.ini looks like:

home=C:\Programmi\IBM\DOORSNGC
serverurl=https://localhost:9443/rm

I can successfully connect to the server with the browser, but
when I try the rich client I get the following error message

ID: CRRRR7009E
Explanation: The rich client does not support the server's version.

Please, can anyone help me?

Hi

Can you tell me version of the client and server also?

Looks like there is a mismatch between the version of server that is supported and the one that you have installed

Hi Vatsal,
thank you for your prompt answer.

I made a mistake, the serverurl in the configuration file
was serverurl=https://localhost:9443/
I did believe it was serverurl=https://localhost:9443/rm.
Now everything works fine
