How can I configure DNG baselines to have certain attributes be editable?

I need to have certain attributes in a DNG baseline be editable, while most other attributes are not. And yes, I am referring to a baseline. I read a comment on this forum that it is possible, but the comment did not indicate how to do so. How do I configure this?

Thanks!

Editing a baseline, seems like that should not be possible. How about posting the thread where you read this to begin with?

Upon further reflection, I actually read this in the slides from Richard Watson's and George DeCandio's "What's New in DOORS Next Generation 6.0.4" presentation on slide 28:

"Implement your custom engineering process: specify whether an attribute or link can be modified on baselines"
