RQM licensing error:CRJAZ12671
Hi, We are facing an issue with our RQM server ( running on a seperate instance of Jazz Server - 2.0.1 iFIX5) Sometimes we are getting license issue saying unable to connect to the license server
the workaround what we found is - Restarting the server will get pass this error. Doing a root cause analysis on this issue. Please suggest the best practices for this.

Anoop, The first thing we could do is to look at the logs in the "logs" directory on the profile / server directory depending upon whether its on WAS / Tomcat.

The error message gives me an impression that the network is not stable between the providing and the consuming license servers. You may want to get hold of your network guys to monitor the network.
