 You will need to select "New Test Case Execution Record" to select the values.

hi James thank you soo much for the answer..

can you please explain me why do i have to select new test case execution record every time..

i m soory i new to this tool

I'm not sure.   It is annoying to our team also that "New Test Case Execution Record" or "New Test Suite Execution Record" has to be selected every time.    Hopefully one of the Jazz developers that watch the forum can shed some light on that.
