Hi Susan,
It is not currently possible for a project owner to transfer ownership to another project member.  We have discussed this and hope to implement it in the future.

OK. Thanks for confirming. We've already run into a situation where someone on our team set up a project, but then then realized that someone else on the team should be the one to do the administration for the project.
