invalid user and password while trying to access the CCM, QM, RM by web browsers

I have installed IBM CLM on my computer then I go into https://127.0.0.1:9443/ccm/web using my web browsers. The site requires a user id and password. I thought I already have the id admin and pass admin but typing this the site said invalid user and password. What should I do ?

have you ever tried with "ADMIN" as user/pass, all in uppercase,

Thanks for your support. I have tried dd as ID and pass as ADMIN but I receive the error Error: com.ibm.team.repository.web.transport.ServiceRequest(): invalid requestParameters parameter: [object Object]... Then I go to Dashboard and I see the message "CRJAZ5043E The dashboard can't be created because the server is in read-only mode. Please try again after server has exited read-only mode. "   Do you have any other suggestion? Thanks a lot

Have you ever run https://<server>: <port>/jts/setup before accessing the /ccm/web?
